- 10% re-stocking fee will be applied for all returned items in addition to shipping label return price
- Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping label price through ERG Solutions
- Return Shipping Label price $99 USD ~ may be subject to vary
- Customer must report damaged item within 24 hours of receiving the item, in addition they must send pictures of damaged item. This is a requirement to be eligible for a return
- In order to begin the return process you will have to speak to a customer representative or fill out a return form on our website ergsolutionsonline.com
- If you want to exchange item, we will first have to do a refund and you will still have to pay the $99 USD for return shipping label.
- Shipping carrier can be FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL
- Each order will take 7-10 business days to arrive this is our standard shipping time
- Please give at least 10 business days for money refunded to show up into your bank account
- Orders will be shipped out within 24 – 48 hours of purchase time
- Address should be accurate and include unit number if applicable
- If items is lost or not received you will have to contact shipping carrier directly
- Item may be returned or exchanged once after original purchase
- 15 day return begins on the date the customer receives the chair
- If chair is under warranty ERG Solutions will pay for repair and return shipping label, however it is required to speak with a customer service representative to determine if warranty is eligible
- Items must be returned in original condition as received if returned or exchanged
