You may return your product for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

Eligibility for Returns
  1. Condition of Product: Products must be returned in their original condition. Items that are purposefully damaged or have been exchanged previously are not eligible for return.
  2. Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • One-Time Exchange: Exchanges can only be made once after the original purchase.
  • Exchange for Higher Priced Items: If you wish to exchange your product for an item of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.

Return Options

    – Schedule a Pick-Up: This option applies only to local customers and certain areas in the Bay Area. Contact our customer service team to see if you are eligible for this option.
  2. Ship Back to Our Facility: Products can be shipped back to our facility. The purchase of a return shipping label is the responsibility of the buyer unless specified otherwise.
Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once ERG Office Solutions receives the product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
