Excellent experience with ERG Solutions! They were extremely attentive to my needs regarding number of chairs and the tight schedule. They answered all my questions, customized the payment schedule per our request, updated us on the status of the inventory and shipment, and provided a lot of details on the chairs. It was a such a relief working with them after seeing terrible reviews of other sites/companies that provide refurbished Herman Miller chairs. I’m so happy I went with ERG. The products that arrived were in great condition. I will definitely call them again if I need more chairs.
