We have a variety of chairs, the chair manufacture date can be anywhere between 2006 and 2021.

All of our chairs are in good or excellent condition. We deep clean all of our chairs and make sure there are minimal scuffs, but most of our chairs have no issues with them at all. Our newer Aeron Remastered chairs 2018 and up are in an open box like new condition.

Warranty Information

Length of warranty- 1 Year (The term length may vary)

ERG Solution warranty covers any mechanical problems including any issues with the locking mechanisms, chair cylinder, or arm malfunctions as long as it is within the warranty period.
It does not cover any rips or tears on the mesh. It does not cover any ripped or tears on the lumbar support. It does not cover any rips or tears on the arm pads. There is a 15 day return policy. You may return the chair and qualify for a full refund as long as it is within 15 days of purchase and the chair has not been damaged in any way shape or form from when you originally bought it. We can exchange a chair for another chair as long as we have the chair you want available, this also has to be within the 15 days. If the chair exchange is a different price than the original chair purchased you will need to pay the difference. If we do not have the chair you may want to exchange for there is nothing we can do because we do not hold chairs for customers. It is first come first serve. Yes almost all of our chairs are fully loaded, unless we specifically mention to you that it does not come with specific features.

Fully Loaded means that the chair has all features that come with a Herman Miller Aeron this includes:

  • Adjustable arms that move up and down
  • Adjustable arms that move side to side
  • Adjustable height
  • Tension adjuster
  • Back tilt limiter
  • Forward tilt
  • Standard lumbar support

Standard lumbar support can target and help relieve lower and mid back pain because it can adjust vertically to where you desire to have it on your back. It is the standard lumbar support that comes with Aerons.

Posturefit is an upgraded back support that comes with a Herman Miller chair. The main difference with posture fit and a lumbar is that posture fit targets pain only on your lower back because it cannot be adjusted vertically. The posture fit will only push slightly into your lower back to help relieve pain.

Yes some of our chairs are refurbished but not all, every chair we sell has been inspected by our repair guy. If any parts need to be replaced because they are broken or old we do replace them with better parts. All parts used to repair the chairs are authentic Herman Miller parts.

All Herman Miller cha irs have one of these logomarks seen below, which are trademarked by Herman Miller hence verifying it’s authenticity. In addition, there are 1,2, or 3 bumps that can be felt underneath the back side of the chair, only Herman Miller does this to identify the size of the chair.

Some of our chairs do still have the Herman Miller sticker located underneath the seat, if that is the case we are able to take a picture and send it to you, however not all of our chairs have the sticker. The reason why some of our chairs do not have the sticker is because it fell off during transportation since the chairs are constantly being moved.

Yes we can provide a receipt. The receipt will be electronic and sent via email after purchase of the chair.

We get our chairs from liquidation businesses, they sell us large amounts of inventory at a wholesale price.

Yes we have a 15 day money back guarantee as long the chair is not damaged.

No, because our chairs are bought from a third party the Herman Miller warranty does not transfer over. However, ERG does offer a 1 year warranty on all chairs. If the 1 year warranty does expire you can still come to us and have the chair repaired for a fee.

Located at the bottom of the receipt that you receive is the warranty information. To apply the warranty, simply email or contact any phone number on the receipt. Then you will speak to an ERG representative who will ask for a name, email and the date the chair was purchased, as long as it is within the terms stated in the warranty description the warranty will apply.

Yes, we make sure the desks are fully functional and as aesthetically pleasing as possible. The tops on the desks are used but usually in excellent condition with very minor scratches if any at all. The bases are brand new.

Yes we do deliver but we do charge a fee depending on where you are located. Below are the rates we charge!

**IMPORTANT**

Fees can vary depending on how many chairs or desks we will be delivering. If it is a large quantity of chairs or desks, the fee will increase based on labor fees we may have to apply.

The desks are by a small local business here in the bay area. The desk brand is ELEVATE and is durable and reliable.

We can cut the top to a specific size for you, however for those we will ask for a deposit in advance.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once item has been handed over to shipping carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, if the processing has began for that order it cannot be canceled, this 24 hrs after order is submitted. If there are any other questions about canceling an order please reach out to us.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns or any refund.

DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under sellers liability. For delayed order, please first contact the shipping carrier for the items status.

DAMAGED ORDERS

ERG SOLUTIONS is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged, reach out to us so that way may assist you in filing a claim with shipping provider.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
  • Orders cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico
