ERG Solutions is the BEST place to buy brand-name, ergonomic, refurbished office chairs. They have been super helpful throughout the process, and I ended up buying a 2021 Herman Miller Aeron in excellent condition for a reasonable price. It is very obvious that they really care about their customers; they listen carefully, show multiple options, do not force to buy or make a quick decision.
